Is this a good workout routine to follow during the off season?
I’m 14, 5’8′ 135 lbs. Monday: Jump rope, push ups, sit ups. Stick handling. Tuesday: Inclined treadmill sprints, squat jumps. Wednesday: Push ups, crunches, trampoline.
